Our Top Hat Café is a casual dining restaurant located in the Danbury Holiday Inn. Come and enjoy a casual dining experience like no other.

The Top Hat Café is open from 6:30AM to 10:00PM seven days a week serving a complete menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The Top Hat Café is a great place to meet friends and enjoy a terrific meal. It would serve very well for any small family get together such as a Birthday Party, Anniversary, or even Funeral Luncheon.

Our Story

At the Holiday Inn in Danbury, CT where your Journey to Friendship begins with Us. It is often said "Home is where You Hang Your Hat" and we strive to make every guest feel at home.

Every day we maintain the traditions of old with a greeting of a tip or our hat, a warm friendly smile and a welcome by name. Many of our guests enjoy coming back to stay at the Holiday Inn. We are a mainstay in the community having served so many guests for over 30 years. We take pride in knowing the unique preferences of each returning guests, weather it be an extra pillow or a preferred room. An especially recognized feature is our "ladies Room" amenities offering a warm robe, slippers and lotions that add to the caring welcome. Warm cookies and polished apples in our lobby are just another friendly offering to enhance every guest's stay. Hearing a familiar voice saying, "Hello and Welcome Back" is a regular occurrence when visiting with us.

Guests are sometimes surprised that the housekeeper remembers them from their last visit. The offer that if they needed anything during their stay and the she would personally take care of it, just wows them every time. So many guests feel that "this Holiday Inn Family is like a second family to them".

Teddy's is an icon in Danbury, where people gather and strangers make friends. Teddy's traditional Happy Hour Buffets set the stage for an evening of fellowship and relaxation.
